I ordered a hoodie and it got here in about 4 days, which was a nice surprise. The tracking updated like it should, so I wasn’t left wondering where it was. The package was a little squashed when it arrived, but the hoodie itself was totally fine. Overall, happy with how fast it came

I ordered two hoodies in the exact sizes and colors I wanted, and somehow the package showed up with one in the wrong size and the other in a completely different color. Like, how hard is it to match the order before shipping it out?
I sent them photos and emailed right away, but the replies were slow and didn’t really solve anything. It’s just frustrating when you already waited for the order, paid for it, and then have to chase them around because they couldn’t get it right the first time...

The fabric is really nice. Soft right away. No scratchy feeling, which I was kind of worried about. I wore it pretty much all day and didn’t feel irritated or uncomfortable at all. Just easy to wear. The only downside was the delivery took longer than expected, so I’m taking off one star for that. But overall, I’m happy with it.

I had to do an exchange and the whole thing was just really slow. Then the refund took forever to show up too, which was frustating.

The hoodie looked nice when I first got it, but after only two washes the seams were already coming loose. That part was weird because I wasn’t doing anything unusual with it. Disappointing overall, and I probably wouldn’t buy from here again

I checked out kinoclothing.com and, to be fair, some of the designs are cool. A few pieces caught my eye, but others felt a little too plain for my personal taste. Overall, the style is decent, just not much that really stood out to me.

I ordered a few clothes from kinoclothing.com, and the delivery time was fine. It didn’t take forever or anything like that, so I can’t really complain about the shipping side of it. The items showed up within a reasonable amount of time, which is basically what I was hoping for.
The packaging, though, was just kind of average. The outside bag felt a little thin to me, and one side had a small rip in it when it arrived. It wasn’t a huge tear, and thankfully none of the clothes inside were damaged or dirty, but I did notice it right away, so it made me a little nervous when I first opened it.

For the price, I guess I just expected the order to be packed a bit more securely. It wasn’t terrible, and nothing was ruined, so I’m not making a huge deal out of it. I’d probably still order from them again because the clothes were fine, but I do hope they improve the packaging a little so it feels more protected during shipping.

I placed an order and was charged right away, but I never got any update after that. I tried reaching out to customer support because I needed help, sent two emails, and still haven’t heard back. It’s really frustrating, and I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again.

I was just trying to browse some clothes, but the site felt a little clunky. Some pages took longer than I expected to load, and the menu on my phone wasn’t super easy to figure out. A few product photos popped up fine, then others were weirdly slow. Checkout worked in the end, but I had to backtrack a couple times, which got annoying. It’s not terrible or anything, it just needs to be smoother and easier to use

The size was pretty much what I expected, so no complaints there. The sleeves were a bit long though, which made me wonder if something was slightly off with the cut or sizing.

I ordered a hoodie and a t-shirt from kinoclothing.com, i think they’re good value for the money. The material feels decent and the sizing was pretty much what I expected. Delivery did take a few days longer than I was hoping, but nothing too major. Overall, I’m happy with what I got for the price.
